  3. Take action. If you are prone to these negative lines of thought, devise a plan to protect yourself from situations that bring these on. You’re educated, you’re smart. If you ever went jobless, how soon and how hard do you think it is for you to figure a way to see yourself through tough times? You’ve got qualifications and skills.
